My stay at Weetwood Hall Estate had its ups and downs. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room provided comfort, but the lack of privacy due to inadequate curtains was disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight with a vast selection that was both delicious and well-served, yet the dining experiences at dinner left much to be desired with subpar food quality. Overall, while the staff were friendly and the service at check-in was seamless, there were notable areas needing improvement.
Rooms
6.0
My room was a decent size and kept clean, but privacy was lacking as the windows overlooked a staff car park. Despite the low bed height and an old mattress, there was a fridge which was handy for my snacks.
Service
6.0
The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, some of the restaurant staff seemed indifferent when I raised concerns about the food.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy for me to explore the area, though the signage could use improvement as I found it hard to navigate from the parking area to reception.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options, but dinner experiences fell short—my meals were either bland or poorly prepared, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant dining atmosphere.
Facilities
6.0
I appreciated the availability of free parking and the lovely gardens outside, but the food quality during dinner was disappointing, suggesting a need for better kitchen management.

My stay at Weetwood Hall Estate was mostly enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I did experience some issues with room noise and the dining options fell short of expectations. Overall, I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and convenient location, making it a solid choice for my visit.
Rooms
8.0
The room was comfortable but faced the busy dual carriageway, which made it less peaceful than I hoped. Although the size was good, I wished for a king bed as many hotels now offer those. The bathroom was spacious and included a bath, which was a nice touch.
Service
9.0
The staff members were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I particularly appreciated their flexibility with check-out times, which allowed me some extra relaxation before leaving.
Location
9.0
Weetwood Hall's location was perfect for my plans, especially since the Emmerdale village tour pickup was right outside the hotel. It was easy to access Leeds city center via bus, and the gardens surrounding the hotel added to the charm.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast had a good variety, I found some food inconsistencies during dinner, particularly with the cottage pie and dessert service. I suggest dining out for a better culinary experience. The Stables Pub on-site looks like a niceoption.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provided free parking and had decent amenities. I appreciated the efficient check-in process, but the dining area could use some improvement to match the standard expected at this hotel.

I stayed at Weetwood Hall Estate for three nights during the cricket event. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the peaceful view of the well-kept gardens from my upgraded room. However, the TV placement was awkward, and there was an unusual smell from the towels even though they were clean and fluffy. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the breakfast, which had a great selection and was served piping hot.
Rooms

My room was spacious and clean but had a strange setup with the TV. The towels had a weird smell despite being fluffy.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience, especially during busy times.
Location
7.0
The hotel is ideally situated on the outskirts of Leeds, making it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the surrounding areas.
Dining
9.0
I found the restaurant’s food to be of high quality, and the breakfast buffet offered ample choices that were all delicious.
Facilities
7.0
The grounds and gardens were beautifully kept, providing a lovely environment to relax, although some amenities felt a bit dated.

I had a mixed experience at Weetwood Hall Estate. While the beautiful approach through the trees and the charming old architecture really took my breath away, staff interactions varied from friendly to a bit lacking. My room was spacious and clean, but the breakfast options left a lot to be desired, especially for vegetarians and the quality of the hot dishes.
Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and very clean, which definitely added to my comfort. I appreciated the nice fixtures, but strangely, the TV was positioned awkwardly off to the side of the bed.
Service
7.0
Staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly at reception. However, the initial greetings lacked warmth, and I found it hard to get attention during breakfast service.
Location
9.0
I loved the location, as it was perfect for my Emmerdale tour and close to Leeds city center. There was plenty of free parking too, which is a huge plus.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was disappointing overall for a four-star hotel. There were few vegetarian options, and the quality of the hot items did not meet my expectations. Dinner at the Stables was good, though the menu was a letdown compared to what was advertised.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but I was surprised by the absence of air conditioning in my room, which made it quite uncomfortable on a hot night.

I recently stayed at Weetwood Hall Estate and was left with mixed feelings. The location was lovely, set in a beautiful building with well-kept gardens, but my experience was marred by some service issues. While the breakfast was delicious and packed with options, my room left much to be desired regarding comfort and amenities.
Rooms
5.0
My room felt dated and lacked basic comforts. It overlooked a noisy delivery bay, and I missed having a coffee maker or hairdryer as advertised. I also found the size quite small, not ideal for a relaxing stay.
Service
6.0
I found the service inconsistent. While some staff were friendly and helpful, like Peter the breakfast waiter, I did experience stress during check-in due to a double booking issue. The aftermath of that situation wasn't handled well.
Location
8.0
The hotel is well-located, just a short drive from Leeds city center, making it convenient for exploring local attractions. However, the proximity to a busy ring road means it's not very tranquil.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options, especially the pancake maker. However, a previous dining experience in the restaurant left me disappointed due to service issues.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has great facilities like free parking and beautiful gardens. However, some outdated room features did not meet my expectations for a premium stay.
